🌸 Wealthy Wednesday: The Wealth of Sacred Space 🌸

Reflections from My Women’s Virtual Wealth Retreat

Beautiful Soul,

Last Thursday, I had the privilege of gathering with an incredible group of women for my Women’s Virtual Wealth Retreat.

I came away from our time together feeling deeply grateful.

Grateful for the women who showed up.

Grateful for their openness and willingness to look within.

Grateful for the vulnerability, wisdom, reflection, and connection that emerged.

And grateful for the reminder that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do for our wealth is simply create space.

Space to pause.

Space to listen.

Space to notice what has been driving our relationship with money.

Space to reconnect with what we truly desire.

And space to imagine a different way forward.

Wealth Doesn't Always Begin With Doing More

We live in a world that often tells us that if we want more, we need to do more.

Work harder.

Create another strategy.

Set another goal.

Push a little further.

But during the retreat, I was reminded that transformation doesn't always happen through more effort.

Sometimes transformation happens when we become still enough to recognize what we've been carrying.

Our relationship with money is rarely just about money.

Behind our financial habits can live stories about safety, worthiness, belonging, success, sacrifice, responsibility, and receiving.

Some of those stories began long before we ever earned our first dollar.

Some may even have been passed down through our families and communities.

And until we give ourselves space to notice them, they can quietly shape the financial choices we make today.

Awareness Creates Choice

One of the greatest gifts of reflection is that it gives us the opportunity to move from automatic reaction to conscious choice.

When we recognize a money pattern, we don't have to judge it.

We can become curious about it.

Where did this come from?

Is this belief still serving me?

What am I protecting myself from?

What might become possible if I chose differently?

That awareness is powerful.

Because once we can see a pattern, we can begin changing our relationship with it.

And that is often where a new experience of wealth begins.

There Is Wealth in Being Witnessed

Another beautiful reminder from our retreat was the power of gathering in community.

There is something profound that happens when women come together and realize:

I'm not the only one who has felt this way.

The details of our stories may be different, but underneath them are often universal desires—to feel safe, free, supported, valued, purposeful, and able to receive.

When one woman has the courage to speak her truth, another woman often recognizes a piece of herself.

When one woman gives herself permission to dream bigger, she quietly gives someone else permission to do the same.

That is a kind of wealth we don't always measure.

Relational wealth. Emotional wealth. Spiritual wealth.

The wealth of being seen.

The wealth of belonging.

The wealth of knowing we don't have to navigate everything alone.

Gratitude Is Part of Wealth, Too

As I reflected after the retreat, I realized how much gratitude itself expands my experience of wealth.

Not gratitude as a way of pretending everything is perfect.

But gratitude as the practice of recognizing what is already here.

The opportunity to do meaningful work.

The courage of the women who trusted me with their stories.

The wisdom exchanged in our sacred space.

The laughter.

The insights.

The breakthroughs.

The moments of quiet realization.

These are things that will never appear on a bank statement.

But they belong on our wealth statement.

And perhaps that is one of the greatest lessons I carried away from our retreat:

Wealth isn't only about accumulation. It is about our capacity to experience the richness of our lives.

Your Wealthy Wednesday Reflection

Beautiful Soul, I invite you to create your own mini wealth retreat this week.

You don't need an entire day.

Give yourself 15 quiet minutes.

Put away your phone. Make yourself a cup of tea. Take a few breaths and ask yourself:

What am I ready to release in my relationship with money?

What am I ready to receive more of?

What kind of wealth do I want to cultivate in this next season of my life?

And then listen.

Not for the answer you think you should have.

Listen for the quieter answer underneath.

Because wealth isn't only something we pursue.

Sometimes it is something we uncover when we finally create enough space to hear ourselves.

To every woman who joined me last Thursday: thank you.

Thank you for your trust, your courage, your vulnerability, and your presence.

You reminded me once again why I do this work.

And to you, Beautiful Soul, wherever you are on your wealth journey:

May you create the space to listen.
May you have the courage to release what no longer serves you.
May you expand your capacity to receive.
And may you recognize the wealth that is already blooming within and around you.

With love and abundance,
